Teacup Gorilla inhabits the venues of Denver, CO with dark indie-rock soundscapes and evocative poetry - often compared to early Modest Mouse, Low, or the Velvet Underground. In the summer of 2015 they released a debut EP (The Holes They Leave) along with the multimedia novel Riding SideSaddle*. In 2016, they collaborated with Buntport Theater, adapting the novel for the stage, and underscoring it live to rave reviews. Now they're working with Pandemic Collective to underscore two new plays at The Bakery. "Just Like That" is their first music video.
If you are going to dance for peace, you're a little too late. In a dystopian future dancing is nothing more than a simulation of pacification. Rocket House Pictures produced this Lo-Tech Music Video for the Denver band 'Teacup Gorilla' using projection mapping. RHP also created the full concept and props.
